Pray that God would bring them into the calling that he has for their lives. Speak over them that God has better plans for them! Pray that God would reveal his good plans for them and for that revelation to cause them to seek him with all their hearts. Pray that he would give them a new name, just like Saul became known as Paul.

Abba Father, enter the hearts of the instigators of terrorism and evil governments and institutions, so they recognize the evil of their ways, and repent and denounce their cowardice acts of destruction against humanity. Without repentance, may they reap the consequences of their own actions through Your Divine Justice. May the fear of our retaliation be greater than their hatred of democracy. We pray that You breakthrough the spirit of pride that causes persecution and hatred. We pray that your light shine upon the prideful hearts that turn bitter against those who don’t submit to their control. Guide us in efforts to seek out and eradicate these merchants of death. Reveal to us the names of those responsible and in allegiance with terrorist organizations. Let the Truth come to Light. Those who leave our country to be trained in terrorism let them not return. Protect our Borders. Enable our military to become swift, powerful, and accurate in any action of retaliation and let them all be aware of and remember who the true enemy is. Give them wisdom to protect foreign and domestic and stand against the evil ones. May their aim be True and Just. Help them keep the innocent ones safe as they stop these evil people. You alone can change the hearts of IS members. You are able to make enemies turn to you and become our friends, out brothers and sisters in Christ. I lift up those you are calling out of IS and into the Kingdom. Give them the courage to leave their current path to become what You are calling them to be: followers of Jesus rather than destroyers of Christians and other innocents.

Dear Father, this is the day that you have made. You are the only one who knows what it holds; the rest of us have never been here before. We ask for the miracle and blessing of salvation for isis members today. Please let this day be known as the day when you moved sovereignly to open blinded muslim eyes, and hundreds of thousands of muslims came to Christ. We choose to be glad and rejoice today. Dear Father, just as Saul went about breathing threats against your church, isis members continue to do the same–against anyone who won’t join in their idolatry. Dear Father, we read of even more atrocities these past few days. Moses said in Exodus 5:22-23, “Lord, why have you brought trouble on this people?…For since I came to Pharaoh …he has done evil to this people; neither have you delivered your people at all.” I apologize for asking why, Lord, because I know you are at work among the isis members–you are working throughout the world to bring people to Jesus. But if you wouldn’t mind, could you please encourage your people today? Please show them and us a sign for good. We declare we will trust in you and not be afraid–at least we will try. Dear Father, you know the end from the beginning and you know our thoughts before they are even on our lips. That is true of every person. Please put that truth in the minds of the leaders of the terrorists. Show them they are believing lies. Cause them to fear you and turn to Jesus. Have mercy on these lost ones, seek out your sheep from among them that they may hear and know the voice of the Good Shepherd and follow him for ever. Glorify your name in these days, extend your kingdom, let your forgiveness be seen in the lives of your people.
Pour out your Spirit on your people so we will honour and love you, and one another so that all might see that we’re your disciples.
May your Holy Spirit work in the innermost being of these ISIS members, point them to Christ bring them to their knees and to know him, the Way the Truth and the Life. Amen

I plead for the lives of the IS members. They are being deceived by Satan, the Father of Lies. Open their eye to the Truth, who is Jesus Our Lord. Turn them as you turned Saul and give them new names. You know whom You will call. Make those you call from IS bold for You. Show them Your path. Give all who name Your Son as Lord the courage we need to be a light for You in our portion of Your world.

Oh Father, may these who know no love of You come to know the truth of what the Apostle John wrote: God is love. It is not annihilation but love is God which is revealed when we live out as love even for the unlovable. Open their eyes Father to see the truth of this. Reveal Your Son and Your love to them in whatever way you determine …so they are “not without excuse” and come to know the true God and His love for them.
Lord God, Creator of Heaven and Earth. It is your stated desire that all come to the knowledge of the Truth, that there is on mediator between men and God. I pray that you will work with all in ISIS to take away the spiritual blindness they have, to convict them of their guilt because of their sin of unbelief, your Righteousness and the judgment the world is under. I pray that you will cause the light of the gospel to shine deeply into their hearts and that you, Lord Jesus, will reveal yourself to them in dreams, visions, terrors, questions and fears. Grant them repentance and faith, and pin them down so they have to face the choice between you and eternal death. Answer us for the sake of your glory, of more worshipers for eternity and for those living under their rule. Thank you that you will answer out of your mercy and grace, wisdom and power, love and goodness. Amen.
