Pray that they would have self-control and that they would not give into the temptations of the devil. Pray today that this being the culmination of the fruits of the spirit would be manifest in their lives. We know that we can do nothing apart from Christ so pray that the Holy Spirit would flow so freely in their lives that they could exercise self-control over all the temptations listed in Galatians: “sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these.”

Dear Lord, I speak Your Name Jesus into the hearts and minds and souls of every single member of ISIS and I take captive every thought of theirs to make those thought obedient to Your Word and to Your Mind. Transform them by the renewing of their minds and establish homeostasis in their lives; then will they realise the beauty of self control as they surrender their lives to You and find safety under the shadow of Your Wings where no evil force can touch them. Dear Lord, I smother every single member of ISIS with Your Love, The Great Love of the Lord. It is only Your Love Lord that will cleanse and purify them from every stain and sin. It is only Your Love Lord that will protect them from the enemy and all that he will hurl at them; it is only Your Love that will transform them by the renewing of their minds; it is only Your Love that will save them from their sins and restore them to the people You want them to be. Heavenly Father We pray that by the Power of Your Holy Spirit each ISIS member will be brought into Your Kingdom. By the Power of our persistent prayers, in our love and devotion to You our Saviour, the Saviour who gave His Life in order to save the world and to drive out all evil. Your are The Saviour whose one desire is to see all people saved. When Your walked this earth You reached out to all the sinners and perpetrators of evil. You showed us that no one was unable to receive Your forgiveness and salvation. Therefore we pray with great confidence for these our brothers and sisters who as yet don’t know You. We speak Your Name Jesus into their hearts and minds and souls so that You can transform them by the renewing of their minds as only You can do. They may they see that as they learn to walk daily with You they will learn the value and the power of self control as they allow themselves to be brought under Your governance and under the safety of the shadow of Your Wings. Dear Lord, we trust every single brother and sister of ISIS to you wholly and pray that You will help them by guiding and leading them towards You continually. Teach them that fullness of life can only be achieved when that life is subject to Your discipline and self control. Show them just how wonderful life is when it is ordered by You and blessed by Your Holy Spirit; what Peace and Love and Joy they can experience when they surrender their lives to You Oh Lord. Amen
Dear Lord I pray that you will rescue these children of yours and bestow the gift of Self Control on each member of ISIS so that they see that all they could ever hope for or desire can only be found in You. May they draw closer to You, walk with You, talk with You and learn the Joy, the Peace and the Love that can only be found in You. May they learn to exercise self control over all worldly desires so that they can experience to the full the wonder of a surrendered life to You. Amen
Dear Lord I will continue to speak The Name of Jesus into the hearts and minds and souls of all the members of ISIS, so only can they be transformed by the renewing of their minds. At the Name of Jesus the devil and all evil flees and I yearn to see them all set free. May they discover the wonder of self discipline and self control, that it is not a bondage but a freedom, a freedom which will allow them to live life to the full when they walk each day with Jesus; when they learn to abide in Him and invite Him to abide in them. Father, the members of ISIS are running a fruitless race, spurred on by an evil agenda based on hate and lies. Their race will end in their own destruction, not the prize they have been led to believe. Father, cause them to see You, stop them in their tracks. Reveal to them the truth of salvation through Jesus Christ. Dear Father, thank you that civilization as we know it still goes on–for now at least. In spite of race riots and terrorism, you are still holding back your righteous judgment. Such phenomenal self-control, Lord! Thank you for mercy, and for restraining yourself. Please give us the grace to repent and turn from our wicked ways. “There is none that doeth good, no, not one.” Please help. Dear Father, thank you for your love this morning. As the light gradually overtakes darkness please let your truth overtake the lies of islam. Help muslims, particularly isis members to stop their brainwashed thinking long enough to see truth–to have the self-control necessary to look at their beliefs honestly. Give them the ability to see that people are created by you to live in freedom and love. Give them the motivation to choose Jesus. Thank you for saving millions of muslims today, in Jesus’ name. Dear Father, thank you for the reports that isis is losing ground in Iraq. Let them see they are fighting a losing battle against the true living God. As they are in confusion and disarray please give them some moments of self control and reflection to choose Jesus. Show them truth. Make a real encounter with you unavoidable, regardless of where they are. Please protect your people of the Cross and your people Israel. Please bring comfort to those affected by the attack at Istanbul, and please stop other plots for destruction as ramadan ends. May this be the last time that season is ever observed, Lord.
