Now when Jesus came into the district of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do people say that the Son of Man is?” And they said, “Some say John the Baptist, others say Elijah, and others Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Simon Peter replied, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” And Jesus answered him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah! Pray that like Paul, ISIS members would come to have a right understanding of Jesus. Before his experience Paul had a wrong view of Jesus. But Jesus brought the true revelation of who he was and that brought about a radical change in Paul’s life. ISIS members (and Muslims in general) have misunderstood the term “Son of God”. They believe that this means a physical son, which means that Mary and God had a sexual relationship and had a son together. Pray that God would remove all the “misunderstandings” (break down the walls) about himself and would allow them to know him rightly so that they would be able to proclaim the truth about who he is.

Dear Father, today’s song says your love is better. It’s so much better than anything we can ask or think. It’s so far beyond anything muslims believe in. Please open their eyes to this truth. Let them see the truth about love–that you so loved the world, you sent Jesus. They are concerned with their eternity; show them their only hope is Jesus. Thank you for those you will save today, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Dear Father, in this new year I pray that you will open the hearts and minds of those who are trapped in the lies of islam. Give them the chance to see that they can serve you in love and joy and truth. Give them grace to choose you, the one true God and Jesus Christ whom you have sent. Thank you for what you will do in the days and weeks ahead, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Thank You for Your Word. It is our lamp and light for our paths and if we read and study it, we will know the truth. Father, those in radical Islam, the Muslim Brotherhood, Al Quaeda, ISIS, even the Boka Haram, Hezbollah, Hamas and the Black American muslims following Farrakhan have been so deceived about what Your Word teaches. May we be more astute students of Your Word as You may choose to use us to share the truth of Your Word directly or indirectly via the people within our realm of relationships who might be somehow close enough to affect change in these peoples lives, their wives, children who are most accessible to receive Your Word. Open our eyes and calm our fears, Lord so we can be the righteous who are bold as a lion when the opportunities arise…deliver us from the evil one and help us to be good and faithful servants, not wicked and slothful ones. Forgive us for our past and help us to grow stronger in You going forward this day, I pray. Amen.
Dear Father You who know all things, You also know that we as Christians have sinned and we need Your forgiveness. For decades we never even tried to reach the muslim people. We let them live with the image that is in their mind that You and Mary had a son together. We let them live in darkness. We never showed that Jesus is the Son of God not in a worldly image but Your only Son Who was there from eternity. Forgive us. Forgive us that we let them think that churches portray You. But what it portrays is mankind in need of You. Sinners who need Your baptism and your Spirit. Father what we didn’t do I ask that You will do it like You did with Paul/Saul. Show them who You are. And make us love those muslims like You love them. men
Lord God author of truth and light. Lord Jesus you called your self Light and Truth. Holy Spirit of Truth we ask that you will bring light and truth into the lives and minds of Muslim people. We pray that they will understand not just intellectually but also spiritually, that Jesus is truly unique in being the God Man. And that the Holy Spirit can live in their lives empowering them to overcome sin and please you.
Dear Father, there are more reports of muslims being saved among the refugees in Europe and throughout the Middle East. Thank you for each one whom you have brought out of darkness into your marvelous light. We’re emboldened to ask for more, Lord! Please continue opening ears and removing scales from eyes so that thousands–even millions–of muslims will come to Jesus. Please also continue to confound the plots against your people, this nation, and other countries targeted by isis. Lord, you are good, and we praise you and thank you for all you are doing, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Dear Father, please do what you have to do in order for your kingdom to come and your will to be done among isis members throughout the Middle East and among those that have infiltrated Europe and the USA. We seek your glory in Jesus’ name. Amen

Dear Father, you never change. Holy, holy, holy! You are fairer than the sons of men. Those are the words I’m listening to today. That’s the eternal perspective and real truth. Isis members have no clue about that. Islam gives its enslaved followers nothing but fear, hate, and lies. Have mercy on them, Lord. Show them what real life is. Dear Father, you are the same, yesterday, today, and forever. In Psalm 77 Your Word says “You are the God who does wonders, you reveal your strength to the peoples.” You don’t miss a thing. You are not rattled or shaken by all the terrorists and their demonic slavemasters. “So I will remind myself of Yah’s doings; yes, I will remember your wonders of old. I will meditate on your work and think about what you have done. God, your way is in holiness. What god is as great as God?” (Ps. 77:11-13) Please reveal yourself to terrorists and muslims today. Show them your truth, your greatness, and your love. Be glorified today! We give you praise and thanks, honor and glory that is due to you alone, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Lord I pray for the spirit of revelation to come upon ISIS members and Muslims during this season o Ramadan. Your blood can make the vilest sinner clean as you have done with each and everyone that has come to your call. In Jesus’ name.
Dear Father, birth pains hurt. Perhaps we are at that point in time that Jesus describes as “the beginning of birth pains.” The description seems to fit as we look at the world situations and see Christians being hated, persecuted and killed, particularly by isis and other muslim terrorists. Jesus told us to lift up our heads because our redemption is near. In that case these deceived people are in desperate straights. Please intervene even more with your sovereign dreams, visions, and other miracles. Please bless your persecuted people with even more strength and courage to talk about Jesus. Snatch thousands of isis members from their deception and doom. Even so, come, Lord Jesus! Amen.
Oh Lord Jesus, I cry out for You to reveal Yourself to ISIS fighters. Show them who You really are. Come to them in dreams and visions. I come against the demonic strongholds of power and control that are ruling them, in Jesus name. May they bow their knees to You.
Lord let Your Light and revelation bring deliverance, salvation and healing to those bound in the darkness of Isis. In Jesus name amen!
Dear Father, Jesus warned that there would be a time when people would think they were serving you by killing his followers, as Saul did. Isis and all muslims are following a false god and killing Christians. You intervened sovereignly and showed Saul truth. Please do that for these deceived people. Please intervene. Please anoint your people–the “People of the Cross”–to be bearers of your truth in such a way that these deceived ones will not be able to deny you, but will come with repentance and zeal to Jesus. Please. We believe you are already doing this, but there are few reports. So we trust that we too will hear, as the early Church did, that the one who persecuted Christians was now preaching Jesus. Dear Father, you told us to enter into your gates with thanksgiving and your courts with praise. We thank you and praise you that you are sovereign and in total control even when there is such evil and chaos all around. I praise you for the Muslims who will come to a saving knowledge of Jesus today. I pray that many of those would be isis members whose eyes are opened to see the truth and surrender to Jesus. Please protect and bless the missionaries and “ordinary” Christians who pray and lead them to Christ. Thank you for answering our prayers, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Heavely Father, only through the Holy Spirit the true nature of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ can be reveiled . You gave us the command to live out the fruit of the Spirit so that people can see something of that nature even if it is in an imperfect manner. Yes, reveal yourself like you did to the Apostle Paul. At the same time give us faith that the witness of living out your character has the power to help transform hearts.
Dear Jesus, I pray as Martha said, “even now I know that whatever you ask of God, God will give you.” You intercede for us. Nothing is impossible for you. Please bring these terrorists to the truth, that YOU ALONE are the Way and the Truth and the Life. Call them out from their dead and deadly religion. Please do for them what you did for Lazarus, and more–give them real eternal life, and use them as you used Lazarus, so that many will come to believe in you because of what you have done in them. Thank you, Jesus, for hearing and answering. We give you praise and honor and glory. Amen.
Father, I’m so thankful that it is not Your desire that anyone should perish. You desire the salvation of all, even those who rebel against You. Please enable all your children to love our enemies and pray for the salvation of ISIS members. I praise and thank You for all You are doing to bring them to Jesus, in whose name I pray. Amen
Jesus,
I too misunderstand so often. Like Saul, in my zeal for You, I leap to the wrong conclusions sometimes. You revealed to Saul and cleared his mind, clear the minds of members of IS about Yourself as well. Turn them away from their sinful and violent ways. This conflict in the Middle East is a symptom of the world’s sinfulness and need for you.
Forgive me for being lax in prayer. Help me to be more faithful to pray for my enemies. I do not understand this violence, except that all we like sheep have turned away.
Thank you Father, for making a way for sinners to be reconciled to You through Jesus.
